I’m the artist behind the art.
I work from my little home studio based in lutruwita (Tasmania). I’m a lover of nature, books, sunny days, fluffy clouds and adventures. Creating gives me great joy and I love our wild places and it’s untold stories! My art work is mainly inspired by the beautiful and unusual landscapes, flora and fauna in Australia, my home.
As a First Nations artist I want my work to be vibrant and to have heart and soul! Each piece is made with positive intention, I love using different mediums but mainly I paint and use colours that enhence the natural beauty of the pieces I create. I love using natural elements in my work, I collect and collate beautiful treasures found on country such as shells and gumnuts. These little treasures are painted intuitively to showcase their beauty and tell their own little stories.
